Improved protection with better handling, configuration, server logging and admin notifications for problematic connections.

Improved VIP access handling and configuration. VIP features can be enabled or disabled through config files without editing source code.
🎨 Skins
Improved the skin system with configurable support for player and weapon models. Models can use access flags, VIP models can be marked in the menu, and restricted skins remain unavailable without permission. Custom weapon skins can be managed through configuration.

Improved configurable abilities and movement handling, with surf-map support designed to preserve normal air control and surfing.

Improved control and configuration. It can be enabled or disabled without removing the plugin, including for individual maps.
